Stereo-Complex and Click-Chemical Bicrosslinked Amphiphilic Network Gels with Temperature/pH Response

Stimulus-responsive hydrogels have been widely used in the field of drug delivery because their three-dimensional pore size and ability to change release rate with external environment. In this paper, temperature-sensitive monomer 2-methyl-2-acrylate-2-(2-methoxyethoxy-ethyl) ethyl ester (MEO2MA) oligoethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate (OEGMA) as well pH-sensitive N,N-Diethylaminoethyl (DEAEMA) were make gel temperature pH response. Four kinds physicochemical double-crosslinked amphiphilic co-network gels different polymerization degrees prepared by one-pot method using stereocomplex between polylactic acid physical crosslinking click chemistry chemical crosslinking. By testing morphology, swelling, thermal stability mechanical properties, properties four compared. Finally, was tested UV–Vis spectrophotometer. It found that synthetic had a good targeting, great application prospect delivery.
